Fundraising

Player Buy-out $75

  • Players/parents can select to pay an annual 'buy-out' of $75 in leu of participating in the team fundraising   
  • All players choosing to raise funds through fundraising are asked to contribute a minimum of $75 profit or pay the difference by May 1, 2018

R & K Subs

  • Order forms were handed out to the team on 2.8.18.  Players can bring the order form with a check payable to Palmyra Lacrosse Club to the Saturday, February 17th practice or give it to Brandon Luft in a sealed envelope before then.
  • Pick-up with be Thursday, March 1st at 5:00 in the back parking lot of the High School.

BBB - March 10, 2018

  • Brats, Band and Beverage is the team's primary fundraising event.  Players sell tickets for an 'adults only' party at the Campbelltown firehouse
  • The party features a live band and lottery drawings as additional fundraising
  • Tickets are $20 each

Turf Field Project

  • Fundraising events specific to contributing to the new turf complex will be scheduled.  Due to the importance of this fundraising activity all players are expected to participate
  • This will be an annual fundraising event

Fundraising expectations

The booster club coordinates several fundraising activities throughout the year.  This additional funding is needed to provide equipment, clothing, away game meals and training facilities not provided by the school district.  It is expected that all team families will contribute to the best of their ability for the good of the team.
