2018 Season highlights

PIAA 2A State Championship - Quarterfinalist (22-3)

Palmyra defeated Hampton 7-5 to win their first PIAA state tournament game.  The District III 2A runner up Cougars fell to Pittsburgh's District 7 champion, Mars High in the state quarterfinals.  Their 22 wins tied a school record set in 2017.

Mid-Penn Conference Champions

Palmyra defeated Cumberland Valley 8-7 in the championship game to win the first Mid-Penn Conference tournament title in school history.  The victory avenged the Cougars only regular season loss to the Eagles. #family

Keystone Division Champions

Palmyra defeated Hershey in the final game of the regular season to win their second consecutive Keystone Division title, secure a first place seed in the District III 2A tournament and a spot in the Mid-Penn Conference Championship game.  The Cougars finished with a regular season record of 17-1.

22-3 Final season record

Tied for the most wins in a season (2017).

Two year record of 44-5!

Mid-Penn Conference Champion

The Cougars defeated perennial power Cumberland Valley 8-7 to win the schools first boys lacrosse conference title and the first boys sport conference crown in over ten years.

Won first PIAA state tournament game.

Palmyra defeated Hampton 7-5 ...winning their first ever state championship game and securing a spot in the state 2A quarterfinals.
