Dave Ondrusek (Coach O) , Head Coach
Dave Ondrusek brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the Cougar's sideline. Since arriving in 2015, Coach O has developed a disciplined, consistent style of play and has led Palmyra to three consecutive winning seasons. He was selected as both 2016 and 2017 Mid-Penn and Central PA Coach of the Year. Coach O has been a fixture in high school and youth lacrosse programs throughout Central PA.
Brennen Harding, Assistant Coach - FO/Offense
Brennen Harding joined the Palmyra staff for the 2018 season. As a four year letterman at Ephrata high school with Division III and Division II experiences at Widener and West Chester, Coach Harding brings a wealth of competitive lacrosse experience and will focus on the face-off and offense.
Colin Kondracki - Assistant Coach
Coach Colin Kondracki joined the Palmyra Lacrosse staff in 2024 after a successful four year collegiate career at Elizabethtown College. With a strong background in offensive strategy and player development, Coach Colin brings valuable experience and a competitive mindset to the program
